Start the New Year Fresh

Although there will be another 3 days to move to February... i still want to share the tips which i read from NST Thursday, January 6, 2011..just to motivate myself actually..
  • Make a New Year's Resolution List. This may be a tradition, but if you really try to achieve your goals on this list it will work. Categories the in to short term goals and long term goals.
  • Get organised. In order to feel stress free, organisation is key, Just take it one step at a time, you will realise it's much easier to concentrate and find what you need.
  • Take a relaxation day on the weekend. Get your rest, have some friends over if you want, or just be alone. You can enter the New Year feeling great and beautiful!
  • Consider a few things. Anything you regret saying? Anyone you wish you could apologise too? If there is, make things right with them. You don't want to worry or regret anything when you start the New Year.
  • Every week, do an organisation check in your room of office space to prevent it from getting to that dysfunctional state of messiness.
  • Think of 2011 as the best year of your life and start it now.
